KLARI Purchase and Subscription Terms

These Purchase and Subscription Terms apply to paid features in KLARI, operated by Innovative Solutions Group L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 2541317, Meydan Free Zone). They supplement the KLARI Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Available offers

KLARI may offer weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions, optional introductory or trial offers, and one-time in-app purchases. Available products and included features may vary by region and may change over time.

Before you confirm a purchase, the app, klari.com or the app store will show the price, currency, billing period, included features and any trial terms. Those details form part of your purchase.

2. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

A subscription provides access to the features shown in the relevant offer for the stated billing period. Unless the offer says otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

If you subscribe through Google Play or the App Store, that store charges your payment method. If you subscribe on klari.com, our payment provider charges it, and a receipt is emailed after each charge. Renewal continues until you cancel. Uninstalling KLARI or deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.

3. Free trials and introductory offers

If a free trial or introductory price is offered, its duration and terms will be shown before you subscribe. Unless the offer says otherwise, a trial that is linked to a paid subscription will automatically convert to the displayed paid plan when the trial ends.

To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends: in Google Play or the App Store if you subscribed there, or on klari.com if you subscribed on the web. For web trials, we’ll email you a reminder before your first charge.

4. How to cancel

Google Play: open Google Play, go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel KLARI.

App Store: open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel KLARI.

klari.com: sign in, go to Account, then Subscription, then Cancel subscription, or email support@klari.com from your account email.

Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

5. One-time in-app purchases

A one-time purchase is charged once and gives access to the feature or content described in its offer. It does not renew unless the purchase screen clearly states otherwise. The offer screen will explain whether the purchase is permanent, limited to a particular feature, or subject to other conditions.

6. Billing and payment problems

For Google Play or App Store purchases, payments and receipts are managed by that store. For klari.com purchases, receipts are emailed to you, and you can update your payment method in Account, then Subscription. If a renewal payment fails, access to subscription features may be affected under the store’s billing process. Check your store account for payment or subscription status.

7. Refunds and consumer rights

Refunds for Google Play and App Store purchases are handled by that store under its own rules. Refunds for klari.com purchases follow our Refund Policy at klari.com/refund-policy. You can contact support@klari.com if a purchase was not delivered or does not work as described. Your consumer rights under local law are not affected.

8. Changes to prices or offers

Prices and offers may change for future purchases or renewals. For store purchases, price changes are handled through the store. For klari.com subscriptions, we’ll email you before a price change, and you can cancel before your next renewal. The current offer details shown at the time of purchase or renewal apply to that transaction.

9. Access after cancellation or account deletion

After cancellation, subscription features generally remain available until the end of the paid period, unless the store or applicable law states otherwise. Deleting your KLARI account does not itself cancel a subscription or automatically qualify a purchase for a refund.
