KLARI Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of KLARI, operated by Innovative Solutions Group L.L.C-FZ, Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 2541317, Meydan Free Zone) (“KLARI,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using KLARI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who can use KLARI

KLARI is intended for users aged 13 and older, subject to local age ratings and applicable laws. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use KLARI only with the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

2. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.

You may sign in using Google Sign-In or another sign-in option made available in the app. Your use of a third-party sign-in service is also subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy.

3. Using KLARI

KLARI provides book overviews and summaries, audio playback, document features, notes, reading tools and other features shown in the app. Features may change or vary by device, region or subscription plan.

You agree to use KLARI lawfully and not to:

• Use the app to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
• Upload or submit content that you do not have the right to use.
• Copy, distribute, publish or commercially exploit KLARI content without permission.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to KLARI or its systems.
• Use KLARI in a way that interferes with other users or the app’s operation.

4. Content you submit

You retain any rights you have in the notes, questions, documents and other content you submit to KLARI (“User Content”). You give us permission to process and use that content as necessary to provide the features you request, maintain the service, provide support and protect KLARI.

You are responsible for your User Content and must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not submit content that you are not authorized to use or share.

5. KLARI content and intellectual property

KLARI and its design, software, branding, features and original materials are owned by or licensed to Innovative Solutions Group L.L.C-FZ and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use KLARI for your own lawful purposes. They do not transfer ownership of KLARI or its content to you.

6. Educational content

KLARI’s book overviews, summaries and other materials are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They are not professional advice and should not replace advice from a qualified professional where you need it.

7. Purchases and subscriptions

Some KLARI features may require a paid subscription or one-time in-app purchase. The price, billing period, included features, trial terms and renewal details will be shown before you confirm a purchase. Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are also subject to that store’s terms. Purchases made on klari.com are processed by our payment provider.

8. Third-party services

KLARI may work with third-party services, including app-store, sign-in, analytics, diagnostics and subscription-management providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, add or remove features, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to keep KLARI available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, KLARI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Innovative Solutions Group L.L.C-FZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of KLARI. This does not exclude liability where exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

11. Suspension or termination

You may stop using KLARI at any time. We may restrict or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms, create a security risk or use KLARI unlawfully. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the store where you bought it, or on klari.com under Account, then Subscription.

12. Privacy

Our KLARI Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Please review it before using the app. It is available at https://klari.com/privacy-policy/.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as KLARI or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above when we publish revisions. If a change materially affects your rights, we may provide notice through the app or another appropriate method. Your use of KLARI after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
